It’s been almost three years since Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers have played a gig in New York City. Someone must have recently them, “hey, YOU DON’T COME AROUND HERE NO MORE!” because the band has announced that they will be playing at the Beacon Theatre on May 20, 21, 23, 25, and 26th! That’s right, it’s a residency! After that they play five nights at the Henry Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles.
This is a great chance to see an American rock icon in a venue far more intimate than the massive Madison Square Garden, where Tom & Co. played the last time they swung through the Big Apple.

Until then, just remember, THE WAITING IS THE HARDEST PART.
